We accept all major payment models, including but not limited to:

UPI & Digital Wallets: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, and other UPI-enabled apps.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes.
Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS) for bulk or custom orders.

2. Payment Processing

All online payments are processed immediately, and you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once the transaction is successful.
For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery.
In case of payment failure, the amount (if debited) will be refunded to your original payment method within5 business days.

3. Payment Security

We prioritize your security and ensure that all transactions are protected by industry-standard encryption protocols.

SSL encryption is used to safeguard sensitive information.
ODD INTERNATIONAL LLP does not store your payment details to ensure privacy and safety.

4. Taxes and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST and other taxes.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be added during checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds for canceled or returned orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed throughbank transfer or UPI.
