When Can You Cancel Your Order?

• The "Cancel" button will be available for orders that have not yet been shipped.
• You can cancel your order while it is in the "Pending" or"Processing" status.
• Once the order status changes to "Shipped", the"Cancel" button will be disabled, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

How to Cancel an Order

1. Log In : Go to the https://oddfashion.in and log in to your account.
2. Access Your Orders : Navigate to the "My Orders" section.
3. Find Your Order : Select the order you wish to cancel and view its details.
4. Click "Cancel" : If the order is still eligible, click the "Cancel" button to initiate the cancellation process.
5. Receive Confirmation : You will receive an email or notification confirming your cancellation once it is successfully processed.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued via the Online payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Important Information

• If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. Instead, you can follow our Return Policy if applicable.
• The cancellation option is not available for custom-made or personalized products once production has started.
